Stages of the Demonic
The Demonic work in three stages:
First is Infestation- This is where the demon starts to muster strength and starts to show itself by small things. This is where people confuse it for human spirit hauntings.
Second is Oppression- This is where the demon pulls out all of the stops and anything is possible. It will make smells occur in the house such as smoke or excrement. It will appear to people and start doing strange and powerful things such as smashing furniture and even causing things to appear and disappear in the house. It may rain rocks or turn lights on and off. The intent is to destroy the will and faith of the person.
Step three is possession- This is where the demon through oppression has succeeded in destroying the faith and will of the target and takes possession of the body and soul.
